Seasonal/Full Time Worker

M&T HAYLAGE

A great opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, conscientious and skilled individual to join our team based at Red House Farm, High Melton, Doncaster.

This role is an immediate start for either a seasonal role or full time position.

We are a progressive, forward thinking mixed arable and livestock farm covering 2500 acres growing Cereals, Potatoes, Sugar Beet and producing Hay and Haylage for UK and export markets through our brand M&T Haylage. We also finish around 4000 lambs during the winter months.

It is critical that the right candidate can work on their own or within a team, have good communication skills and work to a high standard especially during long hours at peak periods.

Work/life balance is strongly encouraged with regular employment and job satisfaction reviews carried out.

Key responsibilities include:

All aspects of arable farming and winter sheep work, with the opportunity for aspects of game keeping over the winter period.

Cultivations

All aspects of haylage production

Telehandler work

The ideal candidate will have:

A can do attitude and be passionate to grow your skills in an exciting expanding business

Full UK Driving License

Telehandler ticket (training can be provided)
