About Cawdor Estate

Cawdor Estate is a large multi enterprise Highland Estate situated between Inverness and Nairn. The Estate has a busy sporting enterprise including partridge shooting and salmon fishing of the highest quality. There is a large sporting lodge, six luxury holiday cottages and a principal residence, the Estate hosts guests from all over the world throughout the year.

About the Role

We are looking for a diligent, enthusiastic couple to join our hospitality and housekeeping team. The successful candidateswill be willing to work hard and undertake a variety of jobs associated with the hospitality and accommodation team at Cawdor Estate. The main focus will be on providing an excellent standard of service and housekeeping to guests at the Drynachan Lodge and holiday cottages. There will be the chance to work with very highly skilled chefs and a well organised and focused team.

Good experience is essential with knowledge of service, a keen eye for detail and diligence in delivery is what we require. A clean driving licence is essential. Candidates must speak fluent English.

Accommodation and initial travel (if required) will be provided. Staff will be expected to stay at premises during guest stays.

About the Package

Salary: £26,000-29,000 per annum dependant on experience.

Term: Permanent role.
