AT Bone & Sons is a diverse agribusiness based in Hertfordshire, and a leading provider of services for the agricultural, construction, sports amenities, and biomass sectors.

We are recruiting for a General Farm Operative to join the team. This is a chance to experience a variety of work in a fast paced, progressive team on the latest machinery.

Responsibilities

Your duties may include but are not limited to:

· Farm tasks and machinery operations

Requirements

The ideal person will have:

· Full drivers’ licence

· Competent, experienced machinery operator

· Experience in operating 360 digger

· Have at least 2 seasons tractor driving experience

· Experience working on farms of large-scale operations

· Good attention to detail

· Self-motivated approach and good use of own initiative

· Experience of GPS

· Be enthusiastic and willing to learn

· Be flexible with a can- do attitude

· Be hardworking

· Be conscientious and take pride in their work

· Willing to take responsibility and ownership
