We are looking to recruit a couple to assist with the day to day running of Broich House in the village of Kippen in Stirlingshire. The house is a 7 ensuite bedroom luxury house on a private estate.
The dual role will consist of a groundsman (approx 40 hours per week) and a housekeeper (12 - 15 hours per week).
The position is live-in with a 2 bedroom apartment based within the house. The groundsman salary is £28k per annum and th housekeeping role will paid on an hourly basis.
General groundsman duties - Planting and weeding borders, clearing autumn leaves, strimming, hedge cutting, grass cutting, feeding log biomass boiler twice a day in winter, wood splitting, general groundwork and gardening, overall general house DIY. Clean Driving Licence, Chainsaw Certificate and experience in driving a small agricultural tractor.
