Assistant Gardener - Ref 1348 Date: October 7, 2024

Full Time Permanent Position

A great opening for an ambitious gardener with a thirst for learning and energy for the care of unique gardens and grounds. The position is available at a beautiful, small, private estate in Renfrewshire.

Working closely with and assisting our Groundsman, the ideal candidate will be hardworking, pro-active and a good team player. Initial experience in garden care is helpful. A good eye for order and upkeep, is essential. A full, clean driving licence is required. The role requires security awareness, supervision of tradespeople and deliveries, as well as occasional event assistance.

The estate is a family home; flexibility is required as there are busy times when the family are at home & quiet when they are abroad. Discretion is expected.

Salary from £25k per annum, depending upon experience. The family are committed to offering opportunities for further certification and career development.
