We are looking for a colleague in a newly created position as Administrative Assistant, who can provide administrative and reception support for the business enabling the organisation to deliver high quality services in an efficient way. Our ambitions are high and this position is essential to help us achieve our objectives and create a wholehearted nature restoration project. If you are our new colleague, you will assist our team of around 15 colleagues to ensure the day-to-day smooth running of the Estate Office, reporting to the Office Manager, and providing a high-quality reception service to all guests and visitors. We expect our new colleague to have similar experience and also to be experienced in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and database as they are essential tools to be successful in this position. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality reception service for the estate office

• Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries

• Accounting on a day to day basis assisted by our colleagues in Denmark

• Maintenance of service records, calendars and staff training records

• Update holiday property information

• Ensure that all activities comply with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 • Maintenance of all first aid equipment

• Ensure that the standard required by the Employer and best practice is always adhered to

• Follow all guidelines and legislation affecting the delivery of the role e.g. fire risk assessments, etc. as provided by the Office Manager

• Ability to juggle multiple demands over a broad range of areas

• Experience of GDPR would be helpful but not essential

• And also assist with providing light catering for meetings and keeping the office organised and tidy
